Program Design Manager, Compliance

About This Role

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline case management workflows, ensuring compliance within an emerging onchain platform. You will prioritize system updates, resolve issues, manage system access, and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering teams to design, prioritize, and deliver solutions related to AML case management system
• Manage a backlog of features and enhancements, clearly articulating problems, business justifications, and success criteria
• Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AML compliance into product design and development
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the investigation program, leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Facilitate the resolution of xfn dependencies, collaborating with Vendor and internal teams to manage a unified roadmap

Requirements

• 7+ years of solutions architecture experience, particularly with AML systems
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Experience in API development and other integration standards
• Experience working with global systems
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, both internal and external

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solutions architecture experience, particularly with AML systems

• Experience in fintech or crypto
