As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will be the critical technical liaison between GBG's identity verification platform and enterprise clients, leading complex solution deployments and ensuring long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations from kick-off to go-live, designing custom API/SDK integrations
- Build lasting customer relationships by monitoring success and optimizing platform value post-implementation
- Create customer-specific documentation and run training sessions for development teams
- Act as a strategic technical advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and consulting on compliance, security, and scalability
- Be the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap based on customer needs
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across web services, mobile apps, and enterprise systems
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong programming background with Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
- API and SDK integration expertise with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Project management capabilities with multiple customer implementations
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
- Global team collaboration experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles like Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
