Production Trainer

About This Role

This role is responsible for training, coaching, and developing production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. The trainer will partner with Production Leadership, HR, and Safety to deliver standardized training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. This position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire, cross-training, and refresher training
• Deliver hands-on, on the job instruction aligned with SOPs
• Ensure employee compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain training records and certifications
• Support continuous improvement and operational changes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English
