The Production Partner provides excellent service to loan officers and clients, discussing loan terms, educating clients on products, and partnering with them throughout the loan fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals sourced from the Loan Officer
- Provide education on mortgage options to clients
- Analyze mortgage applications to determine the best programs for consumers
- Gather required application data
- Provide initial documents and disclosures to the applicant
- Communicate and educate the consumer on qualified programs including benefits and risks
- Provide all applicable initial documents and disclosures to the loan processor
Requirements
- One to two years loan processing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Knowledge of various loan products (FHA, VA, conventional, etc.)
- General knowledge of credit reports and debt-to-income ratios
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan process
- Licensed in market area and registered nationally in NMLS
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- One to two years loan processing required; loan origination experience preferred.
