Lead all manufacturing activities across multiple departments, ensuring the achievement of customer quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements throughout the product life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate factory staff across multiple departments to meet customer requirements with targeted cost and delivery
- Develop and maximize staff potential through training, feedback, and coaching
- Respond to demand changes, assessing risk, inventory, capacity, and financial implications
- Support the Rolls-Royce Production System elements to maintain high Value Stream performance
- Communicate simply and effectively across multiple functions and work schedules to support manufacturing plan execution
- Develop and maintain a High-Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors
Requirements
- US citizenship
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (7+ years with Associate's, 5+ years with Bachelor's, 3+ years with Master's/JD/PhD, or 9+ years without degree)
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR a Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing OR JD/PhD
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with an Associate's degree, 5+ years with a Bachelor's, or 3+ years with a Master's/JD/PhD. In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- ERP/SAP knowledge
