About This Role

FBT Gibbons is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate to join their Houston office, providing legal solutions for product liability and tort matters.

Requirements

5–7 years of product liability or tort litigation experience
Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

5–7 years of product liability or tort litigation experience.
