FBT Gibbons is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate to join their Houston office, providing legal solutions for product liability and tort matters.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product liability or tort litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product liability or tort litigation experience.
