The Product Success Intern supports the Product Success Team by analyzing data, documenting processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role ensures accurate service reporting, investigates discrepancies, and contributes to product delivery and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and maintaining accurate reporting to support invoice and service delivery
- Help develop and update documentation for product integration processes, ensuring alignment with technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product Success Managers, Project Manager, Key Account Managers) to gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to project planning and tracking, including risk identification and progress updates on Monday.com
- Investigate data discrepancies and work with the Product Success Team to identify resolutions
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
