Serve as a key resource for customers, providing expert guidance on vehicle inventory and helping them find the perfect match. This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert on all vehicle makes, models, and features available within Wickstrom Auto Group
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance the sales process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitive offerings
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits
• Assist in training staff on product knowledge and communicating key vehicle attributes
• Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory and upcoming vehicle arrivals

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with technology and comfortable learning new software tools
• Ability to work in Barrington, IL, with flexible hours as needed
