Responsibilities
- Act as a product expert on all vehicle makes, models, and features available within Wickstrom Auto Group
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitive offerings
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits
- Assist in training staff on product knowledge and communicating key vehicle attributes
- Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory and upcoming vehicle arrivals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
