About This Role

Manage store staff, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence for a tanning and wellness retail location. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
