Product Manager - Retail Product Lines

About This Role

Lead the end-to-end product creation for training apparel, driving product vision and strategy within a collaborative triad structure. This role requires strong influence, strategic thinking, and decisive execution to balance athlete performance with consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product creation for training apparel across key milestones
• Drive and facilitate product and design reviews
• Own project timelines, keeping work on track and unblocking issues
• Act as a key decision-maker throughout the product creation lifecycle
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and execution
• Define and drive a clear product vision and strategy for training apparel
• Partner with Design and Merchandising to deliver compelling storytelling from concept to consumer
• Collaborate with Sports Marketing, athletes, and consumers to gather insights and validate product direction
• Balance elite athlete performance needs with commercial and retail opportunities
• Leverage trend, cultural, and consumer insights to grow and energize the business

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product-related roles
• Experience in global product creation for training apparel
• Existing product and/or merchandising experience
• Proven success working in highly cross-functional, matrixed environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 6+ years of relevant experience in product-related roles

Nice to Have

• Experience with internal product systems and processes
• Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Miro
• Experience with MMX
• Personal interest or hands-on experience in training or fitness
