About This Role

Own and scale Jerry.ai's AI-driven communications product, focusing on increasing automation, customer satisfaction, and conversion through AI interactions across various messaging channels. This role is critical to the company's growth strategy in revolutionizing car ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to create lovable AI interactions that increase automation and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to core messaging systems
  • Identify bottlenecks to solving high-impact issues to shape prompt engineering best practices and technical roadmap
  • Stay on top of AI trends, best practices, and technology to make strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast paced startup
  • Technologist and systems thinker, comfortable in technical conversations
  • Data-driven and comfortable diving into data
  • Passionate about AI and its application at scale for customer communications

Qualifications
