Operate a pasta processing line according to Barilla specifications, including automated mixing, extrusion, cutting, and drying, while working a flexible night shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate one processing line according to Barilla specifications
- Perform automated mixing
- Execute die selection and installation
- Manage extrusion and cutting processes
- Oversee drying operations
Requirements
- Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing
- General working knowledge of computers
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and appropriate supporting programs (e.g., cleaning, sanitation, pest management)
