About This Role

Operate a pasta processing line according to Barilla specifications, including automated mixing, extrusion, cutting, and drying, while working a flexible night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate one processing line according to Barilla specifications
• Perform automated mixing
• Execute die selection and installation
• Manage extrusion and cutting processes
• Oversee drying operations

Requirements

• Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing
• General working knowledge of computers

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and appropriate supporting programs (e.g., cleaning, sanitation, pest management)
