Join Hanne & Co as a Private Client Solicitor at a Partner level, providing expert legal advice, developing estate and tax plans, and leading a team within a reputable London-based firm.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of private client law
- Develop and implement bespoke estate planning, tax planning, and wealth management strategies
- Grow the existing client base ensuring exceptional client service
- Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Stay abreast of legal developments and trends, ensuring the firm’s offerings remain cutting-edge
- Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, including networking and client acquisition strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 12+ years PQE in private client law
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and complex legal matters
- Strong expertise in estate planning, tax planning, wealth management, and succession planning
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
- Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and business development acumen
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- STEP qualified
