Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of private client law
• Develop and implement bespoke estate planning, tax planning, and wealth management strategies
• Grow the existing client base ensuring exceptional client service
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Stay abreast of legal developments and trends, ensuring the firm’s offerings remain cutting-edge
• Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, including networking and client acquisition strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 12+ years PQE in private client law
• Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and complex legal matters
• Strong expertise in estate planning, tax planning, wealth management, and succession planning
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
• Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and business development acumen
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• STEP qualified
