About This Role

Balr Basketball is seeking passionate and experienced Private Basketball Coaches to provide personalized training to players of all ages. This role involves creating custom lesson plans, assessing student progress, and ensuring a fun and safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group basketball lessons
Flexibly schedule basketball lessons
Safely travel to and from clients' locations
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs
Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience
Ensure the safety of students at all times
Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children
Confidence in working independently
Provision of own basketball training equipment

Qualifications
