Pioneer the development of innovative applications for in-house instruments, new formulations, and concepts within the personal care contract manufacturing space. This role accelerates product delivery, enhances cosmetic product efficacy, and generates scientific support for product claims.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer the development of innovative applications for in-house instruments, new formulations, and concepts
- Accelerate the delivery of products to market
- Enhance cosmetic product efficacy through unique techniques
- Craft novel claims aligned with the company's innovation strategy
- Generate scientific support for product claims by guiding the design and execution of studies that adhere to quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Chemistry and/or Biochemistry
- 10+ years’ R&D Chemistry Formulation experience in Consumer Products
- Experience in cosmetics process manufacturing or an FDA regulated industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Chemistry and/or Biochemistry is required. MS is preferred
- Minimum 10+ years’ R&D Chemistry Formulation role in Consumer Products; preferably in cosmetics process manufacturing or an FDA regulated industry.
