About This Role

The Principal Operations Manager will provide technical guidance to teams supporting critical CSO information management solutions and workflow applications for a telecommunication client. This role focuses on enhancing CSO applications through software design and solutions, acting as a technical lead for complex security application design.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot various security and compliance tools and applications.
Manage integrations to support risk management and vulnerability response.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Mentor and educate stakeholders on best practices for operational processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective monitoring.

Requirements

Experience in information technology systems design and operations.
Experience utilizing a software development method that emphasizes business process analysis, collaboration (information sharing and web service usage), integration.

Qualifications
