Lead the customer engagement office within the Enterprise Security Risk Office, integrating security strategies into customer interactions and building backend support for the centralized security strategy. This role aims to enhance customer trust and ensure efficient security communications.
Responsibilities
- Define process of engagement model for customer office, BISO, CISO, CSO
- Map out matrix of customer interactions: legal, ETIPS, Comms, Growth, Executive clients, CIOs
- Establish a process to respond to customers' security related inquiries with confidence by collaborating with appropriate teams
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer trust and ensure security communications are efficient and effective
- Partner with other enterprise security teams to enhance customer interactions and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Assist in the development and presentation of security trust materials to clients and stakeholders
- Assist with the Security Office Center of Excellence by driving identified security gaps and improvements
- Translate technical security requirements to customers in support of XISOs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer experience and implementing customer experience strategies, preferably in a security or technology environment
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role leading programs
- 4+ years of proven analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points and satisfaction drivers with data
- 4+ years of experience communicating and partnering with external customers
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer experience and implementing customer experience strategies, preferably in a security or technology environment; 4+ years of experience in a leadership role leading programs; 4+ years of proven analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills; 4+ years of experience communicating and partnering with external customers
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare insurance sector
