About This Role

Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Operations Subject Matter Expert to join the team, leveraging deep understanding of cyberspace operations to plan, integrate, test, and transition critical Science and Technology efforts to a DoD program of record. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Department of Defense Cyber Mission teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, integrate, test, and transition critical Science and Technology efforts to a DoD program of record
Develop and implement comprehensive cyberspace operations strategies
Develop and implement capabilities development lifecycle and TTP development
Perform on-keyboard testing of capabilities and document tool use
Evaluate USCYBERCOM operations, procedures, and policies for compliance
Engage with stakeholders and build operational and strategic partnerships
Manage computer network operations professionals to execute missions

Requirements

TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
Expert knowledge of all cyberspace operations-related laws, policies, and procedures
Specialized expertise in cyberspace operations
Experience with capabilities development lifecycle and TTP development
Experience with computer network operations and cyberspace operations planning
Experience evaluating USCYBERCOM operations, procedures, and policies
Significant experience with stakeholder engagement, building operational and strategic partnerships, and technology transition involving the intelligence community and USCYBERCOM
Red Team experience
Certified Network Warfare Operator
Ability to manage computer network operations professionals

Qualifications

BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field required
Expert knowledge of all cyberspace operations-related laws, policies, and procedures; Specialized expertise in cyberspace operations; Significant experience with stakeholder engagement, technology transition involving the intelligence community and USCYBERCOM; Experience with prior Department of Defense Cyber Mission teams; Red Team experience
