Preventive Maintenance Account Manager

About This Role

The Preventive Maintenance Account Manager will manage and expand long-term service relationships for HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, building automation, and fire protection solutions across Western Pennsylvania. This role involves overseeing assigned maintenance accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for service enhancements and project work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned preventive maintenance customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
• Manage PM agreements from onboarding through renewal
• Coordinate with service operations to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed accurately and on time
• Lead PM contract renewals, including scope reviews and pricing discussions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional PM coverage, repairs, and energy-related improvements
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify new preventive maintenance opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM and account records and track renewal timelines, customer touchpoints, and service performance metrics

Requirements

• Ability to travel throughout Western Pennsylvania
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently while remaining accountable to team objectives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (business, marketing, engineering, or related field)
• Prior account management, customer success, or service coordination experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, facilities management, or building services
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance agreements and service contract models
