Press Publicist Internship

About This Role

This is a remote, unpaid internship for a Press Publicist focused on drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relationships, and coordinating publicity campaigns to enhance Karh's visibility and communicate its vision.

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases
• Manage relationships with media outlets (podcasts, magazines, newspapers, broadcast news, blogs)
• Coordinate publicity campaigns to enhance visibility
• Handle public relations efforts to effectively communicate Karh’s vision, mission and technologies

Requirements

• Flawless skills in writing professional, clear, and concise press releases without any use of AI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with high caliber media contacts
• High-performance, psychologically safe, collaborative and independent work ethics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Currently holding or pursing a bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in Media Relations and Public Relations best practices
• Demonstrated experience in handling strategic press campaigns
