Practice Administrator - Healthcare

About This Role

The Practice Administrator supports technical staff by assisting with proposal development, managing client relationship and accounting databases, and handling administrative tasks. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of client-facing documents and financial records within the division.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Principal Consultants, Principal Consultants, and Project Managers with client proposals
• Prepare drafts of proposals/responses to RFPs, presentations, and other related documents
• Update CRM and accounting/project databases with project and opportunity specific details
• Track each stage of an opportunity to conversion to a project within the databases
• Track project authorization, including client purchase orders
• Submit purchase orders for practice operations (e.g., equipment, professional memberships)
• Reconcile credit card charges
• Assist the division in various administrative functions for their projects as needed
• Maintain and update CRM/accounting databases with customer information changes
• Obtain proper customer processing documents (purchase orders) and ensure they are referenced on invoices

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent communication & written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year in an office environment preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with CRM or ERP systems (KEAP & Deltek)
• Familiarity with consulting or billable work
