Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, working hands-on from setup to reporting, and collaborating with creative teams to consistently improve results.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Structure campaigns based on funnel strategy and business goals
- Monitor and optimize performance daily
- Analyze data to identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts and iterations
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Maintain accurate tracking through pixels, conversion APIs, and events
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client use
- Troubleshoot issues related to attribution, tracking, or ad delivery
- Communicate patiently with clients and team members about necessary changes to strategy and outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid media campaigns
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven ability to optimize for leads and revenue
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
- Solid analytical skills and clear communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
Nice to Have
- Experience with service-based businesses
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations
