DataInfer LLC is seeking two Power BI Contractors for various analytics projects, focusing on Power BI development, data modeling, and visualization to support business insights for different clients.
Responsibilities
- Support enhancements to an existing analytics system connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Azure SQL
- Update sales and product performance dashboards
- Work with opportunities, quotes, contracts, and service records
- Add service analytics (work orders, service quotes)
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and conversion metrics
- Create stable and scalable data models
- Build a new dashboard for leadership insights
- Provide customer experience and feedback metrics, turnover and talent signals, key operational and financial indicators, survey-based insights, engagement and productivity trends
Requirements
- Strong Power BI (Power Query M, DAX, modeling)
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
- Ability to work with SQL databases
- Experience with multi-source data modeling
- Clear and simple communication style
- Strong Power BI visualization and KPI design
- Experience with CRM/Dataverse or operational data
- Ability to structure and simplify metrics
- Good documentation and communication
- Strategic thinking
- U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300)
