About This Role

This fully-funded postdoctoral position studies the mechanisms of tumor evolution and relapse in pediatric cancers using cutting-edge technologies. The role involves designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to publications and presentations, while also mentoring junior researchers.

Responsibilities

Design and conduct experiments related to tumor evolution and relapse in pediatric cancers
Analyze and interpret data using cutting-edge technologies like single-cell sequencing and spatial profiling
Contribute to publications and presentations
Lead technical discussions and code reviews
Mentor junior researchers

Requirements

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including the design and execution of experiments
Strong Research abilities, with expertise in fields such as biology, biochemistry, or related areas
Solid understanding of Physics as it applies to biomedical research
Experience in Data Analysis, with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies
Effective Teaching capabilities, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific discipline
