About This Role

This role involves using large-scale health data to understand trends and disparities, supporting the design of data-driven strategies to improve population health. The work focuses on collecting, integrating, and evaluating health metrics to identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into actionable programs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, and evaluate population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes across communities
• Design dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making for population health initiatives
• Translate analytical insights into strategies, policies, and data-driven programs that improve health at scale

Requirements

• Experience working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
