Poker Dealer

About This Role

The Poker Dealer is responsible for conducting gambling games such as Texas Hold'em and Omaha, ensuring excellent customer service in the Poker area. They will deal assigned table games and ensure adherence to all regulatory and casino policies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts gambling games such Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha hi low.
• Deals assigned table games.
• Ensures adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and casino polies and procedures.
• Assists with or completes customer buy-ins and payouts.
• Educates players on the proper rules and procedures of the game.
• Maintains table game security and a clean chip rack.
• Understands federal currency reporting requirements (Title 31).
• Keeps supervisors informed about game mistakes, misdeals and suspicious activity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to explain and demonstrate Hospitality Behaviors and Performance
• Ability to explain and demonstrate technical skills used to complete tasks to standard
• Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them
• Complete knowledge of IMGR&C products and services
• Compliance with all attendance policies and work schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) and relevant training, or six months to one year related experience
• Six months to one year related experience in a customer service environment and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
