F.H. Furr is seeking dedicated individuals for its Plumbing Apprentice Program, commencing February 2nd, 2026. This comprehensive eight-week program offers a blend of classroom and on-the-job training, leading to an entry-level Plumbing Service Technician role.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendations
Requirements
- High School diploma (or GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Mechanical inclination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Effective communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old (for driving company vehicles)
