About This Role

This role involves ensuring every Lil Snack game is polished and ready for release, acting as the backbone of the daily publishing process, and using player feedback to enhance game experiences.

Responsibilities

• Play and test every Lil Snack game daily for bugs, typos, and inconsistencies
• Ensure every game clears editing and QA checks before live release
• Manage scheduling and publishing of daily game content and build cohesive daily theme packages
• Manage and update content trackers and track approvals for Lil Snack’s partners
• Moderate user content on Lil Snack and partner sites
• Track and synthesize player feedback from various channels into actionable insights for game, product, and business teams
• Generate tickets for leads to ensure feedback is addressed
• Continuously improve the scheduling and QA process efficiency

Requirements

• Genuine love for casual games like crosswords, word searches, and daily games
• 2+ years experience in digital content production, publishing, or operations
• Extremely sharp attention to detail in QA, edge cases, and formatting
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing schedules, deadlines, and high-volume content calendars
• Comfort working in CMS/tools-heavy workflows (Contentful, Airtable, Google Docs) and structured content (spreadsheets, templates, JSON)

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in digital content production, publishing, or operations

Nice to Have

• Experience producing content for large consumer platforms and media partners
• Familiarity with QA processes: game testing, checklists, bug tracking, and problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of puzzle construction and common gotchas (crossword rules, brand guidelines, clue consistency, difficulty calibration)
• Experience with lightweight image/design tasks (Figma and Photoshop)
