Provide mobile outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing a tech-enabled platform. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation to help therapists avoid burnout.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes
- Help patients in their geographical location and nearby locations
- Choose when to see patients during any hours/days of the week
- Utilize Luna Auto-Charting for documentation
- Deliver integrated care experience via Luna app by prescribing and monitoring workouts
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
