About This Role

Provide mobile outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing a tech-enabled platform. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation to help therapists avoid burnout.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes
  • Help patients in their geographical location and nearby locations
  • Choose when to see patients during any hours/days of the week
  • Utilize Luna Auto-Charting for documentation
  • Deliver integrated care experience via Luna app by prescribing and monitoring workouts

Requirements

  • State-specific PT license
  • Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Liability insurance
  • CPR/BLS

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience
