Photographer + Content Creator

About This Role

Wilmar LLC is seeking a Photographer and Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content, including e-commerce imagery, lifestyle photography, and short-form video. This role involves bringing products, people, and brands to life through strong visual storytelling to support marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a commitment to quality, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography for packaging, e-commerce listings, marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Support studio and on-location shoots, including product, lifestyle, and environmental photography.
• Style products and scenes in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals, managing lighting, backdrops, and props.
• Retouch and color-correct images to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a polished final look, meeting technical requirements for various platforms.
• Create and edit short-form video content for social and digital channels, including product highlights, demos, and brand storytelling.
• Produce platform-ready deliverables in multiple formats (vertical, square, horizontal) optimized for performance.
• Partner closely with graphic design, marketing, and e-commerce teams on content needs for launches and promotions.
• Organize and maintain digital assets with strong file management practices (naming conventions, folder structures, archiving, version control).

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional photography experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product and lifestyle photography
• Experience creating content for e-commerce and marketing channels
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on-site and moving/handling products for shoots
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (retouching, masking, background replacement, resizing, web/print prep)
• Short-form video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience with DAM/PIM tools for organizing and publishing product content (Salsify or similar)
• Strong file and asset management practices
• Understanding of platform delivery specifications (Amazon, websites, social)
• Comfortable with collaboration tools (SharePoint/OneDrive or Google Drive)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography experience (in-house, agency, or freelance) with a strong portfolio.

Nice to Have

• Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency beyond basic editing
• After Effects or simple motion graphics skills
• Familiarity with Amazon image requirements and conversion-focused image sets
• Experience with DAM/PIM tools (Bynder, Brandfolder, Aprimo, Salsify, or similar)
• Basic design/layout familiarity (Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva)
• Experience with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., Photoshop generative tools)
• Experience working with physical consumer products (tools strongly preferred)
