Phlebotomist CDL Driver for Mobile Blood Drive Team

About This Role

Join the mobile blood drive team as a Collection Specialist-CDL Driver responsible for donor registration, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while also driving blood center vehicles and managing supplies for an organization dedicated to community health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy
• Provide donor care during the donation process
• Drive blood center vehicles (i.e. box trucks, truck and trailer combos, and buses)
• Transport blood drive supplies and the Donor Services team
• Set-up and tear down the collection operation
• Restock supplies

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Enjoy working with the public
• Good, stable work history
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable driving larger vehicles (box-trucks, truck/trailer combos, and buses)
• Comfortable driving in various weather conditions
• Possess a valid CDL B (or above) with airbrake endorsements
• Insurable by ImpactLife's insurance carrier
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
