Responsibilities
- Identify talent within the Pharmaceutical industry to work in healthcare settings nationwide
- Prospect clients and understand their staffing needs
- Build a book of business with pharmaceutical professionals
- Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts
- Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts
