About This Role

Join Waltham Pest Services as a Technician, helping residential and commercial customers with pest control issues while enjoying independence and making personal connections. This role involves inspecting properties, identifying sales opportunities, and recommending treatment methods.

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge from training to solve residential and commercial pest control issues for customers
Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and interiors/exteriors of homes or businesses
Identify and recognize opportunities to sell additional services or equipment
Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to clients
Consult with sales representatives and leaders to provide estimates for maintenance service requirements or costs

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within 90 days of employment
Ability to work in the field independently

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
No experience required
