Pest Control Sales Inspector

About This Role

Join our sales team in Raleigh as an Outside Sales Inspector, selling termite and pest control protection to residential and commercial prospects. Conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell termite control protection and renewals, and/or monthly pest control protection to residential and commercial prospects
• Conducts inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of insects or other vertebrate pests
• Develop proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts
• Cover sales leads in assigned branch and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads
• Records accurate measurements and writes correct descriptions of property inspected
• Prepare appropriate specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations and company policy
• Compute job-treating cost from company pricing instructions
• Execute contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policy as to credit terms of sale
• Deal courteously with customers, leaving customers premises and furnishings clean and as found
• Contact customers after service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop additional prospects

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B sales experience
• 3+ years outside sales experience
• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Prior sales experience with a history of demonstrated self-initiated sales results
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• 3+ years of outside sales experience, B2B sales preferred, with a history of demonstrated self-initiated sales results.

Nice to Have

• Previous pest control experience or some familiarity with pest control methods and equipment
