Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and demonstrate customer focus in every interaction
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to customers
• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly
• Use handheld devices to accurately log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days of employment
• Ability to use a ladder safely within manufacturer's weight capacity
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior pest control experience required, strong customer service background preferred
