Personal Trainer

About This Role

This role is responsible for supporting members in achieving health goals by building relationships and providing educational experiences. The Personal Trainer will deliver a positive member experience, uphold brand integrity, and help clients stay fit through various fitness programs.

Responsibilities

• Support all members in championing happier and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships
• Provide a positive member experience that is educational and supportive
• Uphold the integrity of the Dynamic Fitness Brand
• Successfully build personal training business with provided tools and amenities
• Effectively service clients utilizing the latest technology within the RESULTS PROGRAM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR and AED certified
• National Certification
• Knowledge of proper exercise techniques and principles of physical fitness
• Ability to operate fitness machines and equipment
• Good interpersonal communication skills (orally and written)
• Excellent Customer Service skills (active listening)
• Independent, self-motivated
• Ability to work in a "team" atmosphere

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Personal Training experience preferred
