Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their legal journey
- Keep clients informed on case progress and treatment plans
- Manage client intake, answer questions, and connect clients with attorneys when needed
- Organize, summarize, and manage case materials and documents
- Maintain deadlines, calendars, and legal filings
Requirements
- Previous personal injury law firm experience
- Sharp eye for detail
- Solid organizational skills
- Comfortable working with clients and medical providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
