Provide direct personal care and support to elderly and disabled clients, helping them with daily activities to enable them to age in place. This role offers flexible weekend hours and plays a crucial part in improving clients' health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with day-to-day activities to help them age in place
- Aid clients with bathing and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals for clients
- Administer medications to clients
- Run errands for clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties in clients' homes
- Assist with mental and physical exercises to improve health and reduce fall risk
Requirements
- Experience with caring for elderly and disabled people (family included)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver license
- Auto insurance
- Clean background record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Dependability
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be 18 years old
