The Performance Tracking Specialist I supports outreach and recruitment activities by utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure compliance, proper issuances, and understanding processes within Workforce Solutions systems. This role is responsible for verifying customer eligibility for benefits, continuously tracking employment, maintaining accurate databases, and collaborating with management to prioritize informational needs.
Responsibilities
- Support outreach and recruitment activities by utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Focus on compliance, issuances, and understanding processes within Workforce Solutions systems
- Verify customer eligibility for benefits using the Workforce Information System of Texas database
- Support continuous employment tracking
- Maintain accurate databases and gather data from primary and secondary sources
- Collaborate with management to prioritize informational needs
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and quality control plans to identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Review and process customer documentation
- Provide critical support to career offices
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 months experience in a related field may substitute for 15 hrs. of college credit up to two years credit, a high school diploma is required.
- Entry level; 6 months of experience substitutes for 15 semester hours of college coursework or two years of experience working at Workforce Solutions.
