About This Role

This role involves managing 4-8 client accounts for eCommerce advertising, focusing on creative problem-solving and scaling businesses through high-performing ad campaigns across various platforms. The manager will blend strategic client communication with hands-on campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • Manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest platforms
  • Provide creative hooks, angles, and strategic insights using performance data and market analysis
  • Understand client brands deeply, including their value propositions and product positioning
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CPA, Hook Rate, Conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and creative testing to improve performance
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and results
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor landscapes
  • Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and campaign execution
  • Use Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to diagnose performance and identify opportunities
  • Lead and manage client accounts, building strong, proactive relationships
  • Execute daily optimizations across all campaigns
  • Participate in recurring strategy calls with clients and the internal team
  • Ideate and test new creative and campaign concepts regularly
  • Run client calls to discuss performance, insights, and next steps

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing Meta ads and scaling eCommerce brands
  • Experience managing $150K+ monthly spend across client accounts
  • 1+ year hands-on Google Ads experience
  • 3+ years eCommerce marketing experience with strong paid social knowledge
  • 1+ year in an agency environment
  • Clear understanding of acquisition, retention, and eCommerce growth levers
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Committed to excellence and delivering best-in-class client results
  • Passion for staying ahead in digital marketing, creative testing, and platform trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing Meta ads and scaling eCommerce brands, with 1+ year in an agency environment and 1+ year hands-on Google Ads experience.
