About This Role

The People Operations Coordinator will support various projects related to People team tooling, employee data, and compliance on a 6-month contract. This role ensures accurate employee data and reporting by collaborating with various internal departments to create seamless internal customer experiences and implement programs for employee success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage background checks, including follow-ups, verification, and escalation of delays
  • Onboard contingent workers by collecting information, initiating background checks, and coordinating start dates
  • Manage offboarding processes for contingent workers, verifying contracts and updating systems
  • Process conversions and status changes, such as full-time to part-time and contractor modifications
  • Handle internal hires and update HRIS records
  • Provide administrative support, including ticket management and documentation maintenance
