Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Operate computer reservation system in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless and gracious transition
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
• Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and reduce wait times
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests in accordance with Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties and/or special services for diners
• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus
• Identify and assist in problem solving as it relates to providing an exceptional guest experience
• Guide and assist in the training of new staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• At least two years of related experience or equivalent preferred
