Pega RPA Consultant

About This Role

This role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle to design, code, test, and deploy Pega RPA applications for clients, focusing on new feature enablement, cloud archiving, and RPA case simplification for a global digital consulting leader.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases
• Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
• Enable new features on Pega RPA R25
• Work on cloud archive and purge processes
• Redesign and simplify RPA case types
• Ensure technical software development process is followed on projects
• Install Pega RPA on Windows VDI and deploy applications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot RPA issues
• Adapt and work with team members of various experience levels

Requirements

• 3+ years application development experience
• Breadth of experience with Pega RPA and other RPA technologies
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms
• Solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major
• Strong consulting and communication skills
