About This Role

MUSC seeks an eligible or certified Pediatric Neurologist at the assistant or associate professor level for the Dr. Charles P. Darby Jr. Department of Pediatrics. This role involves clinical services within a Level IV epilepsy center at MUSC Children’s Hospital and provides opportunities to work with medical students and residents.

Responsibilities

Provide the full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical services
Commit to MUSC’s educational missions
Display a strong commitment to Evidence-Based Medicine and Quality Improvement in teaching and practice
Work with medical students and residents and elective trainees

Requirements

Eligible or certified by the ABPN with Special Qualification in Child Neurology
US citizen or permanent US resident
Eligible for medical licensure in South Carolina

Nice to Have

Strong interest in working with both typical as well as medically complex children
