Responsibilities

• Lead the pediatric dental practice with potential for future partnership
• Build, grow, and shape the practice according to clinical vision and leadership style
• Co-own Lake Ridge Orthodontics, creating a seamless continuum of care
• Collaborate with an established Orthodontist for referral synergy and clinical excellence
• Provide patient-centered care in a family dental setting

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist
• Eligible for a Virginia dental license
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset
• Motivated to grow a practice and build a lasting legacy
• Value collaboration, professionalism, and patient-centered care
