Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for various shifts in the Dacula, GA area. This role involves assisting seniors with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders and support daily routines
- Prepare meals and encourage proper hydration and nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Provide companionship and ensure client comfort and safety
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Communicate with office staff and maintain care documentation
Requirements
- Previous CNA, PCA or caregiving experience
- Knowledge of ADLs and senior care needs
- Reliable transportation to Duluth, GA
- Current TB test
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
