Paycor Client Sales Executive - Retirement

About This Role

This role involves cross-selling Paychex Retirement solutions to the existing Paycor client base, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to closing deals, primarily through remote outreach. The position focuses on understanding client needs to position Paychex Retirement solutions effectively and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end sales cycle from qualifying, referring, demonstrating, and closing business to achieve quota
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand Paycor clients’ evolving business needs, evaluate fit, and position the value of Paychex Retirement solutions
• Design solution sets for leads, in collaboration with other product reps as needed
• Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers through virtual interactions
• Share discovery findings with other Paycor Client Sales team members
• Submit qualified lead referrals for other Paychex products to corresponding reps if better product fit
• Use technology tools to accurately track activities and forecasts
• Collect data to support our sales process and close deals
• Project a positive image in representing Paychex to clients and the community
• Continually develop technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent sales organization

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to Have
