Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator

About This Role

This role manages sales with clients, handles patient interactions, and supports the operational flow of a health and wellness therapy clinic, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and treatment options
• Welcome patients into the office with a smile and warm attitude
• Handle patient intake, maintain accurate records, fax records as needed
• Call/email reminders to patients as needed and maintain call logs and patient follow-up
• Assist in managing the clinic space including restocking treatment rooms and waiting area
• Manage supplies and help keep the space clean and tidy
• Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and clinic policies
• Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPPA Privacy and Securities Rules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or High school diploma plus experience in healthcare or sales and marketing) preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales and marketing, or similar field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Previous use of any CRM software
• Relevant certifications or additional education in healthcare, sales, marketing or a related field
