Join BSA Health System as a part-time Intermediate Care Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, assisting with daily activities and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs
- Observe patients’ progress to prepare and disseminate reports to the Nurse
- Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests
Requirements
- Completed some high school education
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer
Qualifications
- Some high school education
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Completion of High School PCT competencies
- Certification as a PCT (Certified Care Technician) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
