About This Role

This role serves as a crucial link between the organization and its customers, providers and patients, facilitating timely diagnostic resolution and care for those with a Cancer Signal Detected (CSD) result. The Navigator removes barriers to care by providing critical resources and information, guiding patients through healthcare services, and supporting the Medical Affairs team with clinical information regarding the Galleri Multi-cancer Early Detection test.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and information exchange between patients, their healthcare team(s), and GRAIL, ensuring timely diagnostic resolution and treatment.
  • Act as clinical liaison for digital and telemedicine health partnerships.
  • Identify and contact patients needing additional assistance achieving diagnostic resolution after a Galleri CSD result.
  • Ensure Galleri test results and supporting information are available to patients’ healthcare teams.
  • Identify primary care physician (PCPs) options for patients as needed.
  • Provide input on the significance of GRAIL results, risk estimates, benefits, and limitations of follow-up options to clinicians.
  • Manage communication of CSD results and provide information about GRAIL tests to ordering providers.
  • Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures and documentation for communication with clients and patients.
  • Manage case follow-up, documentation of outcomes, and data collection.
  • Provide organizational oversight in areas of responsibility and function as a resource for problem-solving and process improvement to ensure timely and accurate test results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and supporting department goals and team members
  • Ability to travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced practice provider preferred or commensurate experience.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in oncology.
